Delivery Time
The Express Shipping takes 3-7 business days. Registered Air Mail takes 7-30 business days.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day after confirmations of your payment receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
dyyshop.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes or VAT applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers.
You are suggested to check the local customs policy and potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, or fail to provide necessary information that is required by the customs, the products will be returned to SimCam at the customers’ expense. We will refund you the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. If customers want to re-ship the order, you will need to pay an additional fee according to the rate of shipping companies.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost or any other additional cost. Please check your address and phone number is correct before placing the order.
We cannot change the delivery address after the order is shipped out.
